A while back we joined forces with some fantastic Yorkshire wedding suppliers to showcase a stunning new venue. Its a one of a kind barn on a working farm that is becoming a wedding venue, and its ace! The family who own it are passionate and fun and have created something very special and unique. We working with the unstoppable wedding planner Charlotte from Eden and Eve, and Gemma from Rosy Apple creations we were invited to work on a special inspirational Yorkshire themed shoot. The photographer for the day was Lissa Alexandra who we have worked with before a few times and love her style. The make up and hair was by Natalie Willingham who we just adore and have recently worked with on quite a few shoots and weddings. We were going for an industrial rustic feel with soft twist. The industrial background of the farm was lit up by a fab chandelier from Eat me Drink Me catering with lots of other incredible new prop lighting Tony also brought the most incredible food for the shoot… seriously insanely good, not only looks amazing but also fed us on the shoot with the best pie and koftas..oh my! We were able to showcase our blue vintage french jugs and lots of little bottles were filled with single blooms. The brides bouquet was a blue, green and yellow textured mix, it was such a change to use these colours. We dressed the cake table with a meadow feel growing up the back of the dresser used to hold the blackboard cake by Skye from Whimsical Cake Company and also growing out of the draws of the dresser. The shoot is being featured in a magazine next month so keep you posted.
