Grantley Hall wedding and a 3m moon arch of flowers!

Once in a while a couple come along that blow your socks off…

Marrying at Grantley Hall our couple wanted an intimate and fabulous wedding full of flowers and loved ones.. they also wanted a 3m moon arch of flowers outside at the front of the ceremony surrounded by trees.

Months of meticulous planning, the weather played ball ( inside joke the groom also does that for a living ) and there we were Team Leafy creating our floral masterpiece. The flowers were a dreamy floaty pastel mix of delphinium, roses, gyp with tons of locally grown flowers.

We worked with our metal fabricator to create the stunning back drop to the ceremony, we created meadows for the aisle leading up to it and big hydrangea plants.

We filled the Grantley suite with abundant pastel florals, this blank canvas lends itself to using colour as its a neutral backdrop. We used a combination of high, low and candle filled arrangements.

Delivering the bridal bouquet is always my favourite and most nerve wracking part, it was a dream with our lovely bride. Our bride looked breathtaking and so beautiful inside and out.

The day was captured beautifully for the couple by Emmy Lou Kelly and John Taylor films. We also had Lucy our lovely friend shadowing us for the week so we can show you what we got up to. We did around 22k steps on the day of the wedding, worth every moment!
