Ivory, blush bouquets and floral pillars at Duncombe Park
We were thrilled to have been chosen by Alex and Tom to create their wedding flowers. Not only because they were a lovely couple to meet and work with but also the flowers they wanted and the incredible venue they’d chosen to marry in, Duncombe Park.
The couple opted for an all white colour scheme with touches of blush and ivory for contrast. For Alex, we created a modern, blousy bouquet of scented blooms; full of ivory roses, peonies, sweet peas and hydrangea. The bridesmaids carried four smaller bouquets paired with tiny hints of olive foliage and blush toned florals to match their stunning embellished blush gowns. Tom and his groomsmen all wore an elegant rose buttonhole with small sprigs of olive to compliment the bridal bouquets.
For the ceremony Alex and Tom knew they wanted a stunning floral installation in keeping with the incredible ceremony room they’d be saying their vows in. In keeping with their flower & colour theme, we created a floral aisle along with two floral columns from hundreds of white and ivory spray roses, blush peonies, larkspur, phlox and lots of gorgeous white hydrangea.
