- “An abundant spring celebration of colour and flowers”

Two days of Floral and Floral photography Workshops from Sarah Leafy Couture, Janne Ford and Sophie Powell from U.FL.O.

This immersive workshop is for all - florists and flower lovers. It would also be wonderful for stylists and interior designers. It would be suitable for those with non creative careers who wish to have chance to play with florals and colour.

This stay offers a blend of relaxation and creativity, perfect for nature lovers and those interested in the art of floral design.

• Taught by Janne Ford, each guest will create their own stunning bowl arrangement and learn how to style and prepare for photography. She will then discuss best practices for taking photographs with cameras and smart phones. Areas will be set up for still life photography with props.

• Sophie U.FL.O installation masterclass working collaboratively as a group we will create a stunning immersive installation using foam free techniques. We will dine surrounded by the installation wearing florals, sipping floral inspired drinks and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

• Sarah Richardson from Leafy Couture will take you through best practices for creating a stunning front facing hand tied bridal bouquet. It will be created using the very best seasonal and beautiful flowers sourced from the best growers. This will be the perfect prop for our photographer Natasha Cadman to come and capture you holding your creations.

• We will create another floral Installation using locally sourced and seasonal blooms using a riot of colour. This installation will be a brilliant backdrop for profile photos.

Relaxation

.Amy Wadsworth from Sacred Sounds will provide an evening sound bath to relax you for the week ahead. Using crystal bowls, oracle cards and guided meditation Amy will spend 60 mins sharing her talents to relax us all.

Enjoy the tranquility of the cottage grounds in the stunning Yorkshire countryside. Take a leisurely walk or soak in the beautiful surroundings in the calming cottages.

All participants will have full access to chat to the teachers and socialise with them for any questions. This is a great opportunity to learn new floristry techniques, experiment and be inspired by colour. It will be a wonderful time to escape the real world and create for yourselves. It is a great opportunity to meet likeminded people and new friends.

All professional images of you and your work will be sent for you to use.

Meals included will be breakfast, catered lunches both days, evening meal on Monday. All refreshments , wine with dinner. Please email dietary requirements.

28th April 930am start until Evening meal and sound bath- full itinerary will be provided. The courtyard is a lovely place to sit and relax under the stars. More suprises will be added as we go along.

29th April 930am start until 3pm.
