This is a 4 unit course where you will be prompted to delve into your business workings and share our knowledge and prompts along the way. This is suitable for creative business owners who are open minded and ready to spend time on developing their own business and brand.

The units comprise of:

Unit One: FOCUS

In this unit we will focus on 'Who am I?'

Looking at your brand, branding and mood boards. Delving into your company values and all things 'YOU!"

Unit Two: BUILD

In this unit we will be discussing 'The bones of the business'.

Looking at the 'back of house' workings of your business. We will take time to look at the processes you have in place. This includes costing, pricing, spreadsheet software etc.

Unit Three: GROW

This unit touches upon:

• How to find clients

• Types of revenue streams

• Networking

Unit Four: BLOOM

Unit four is all about finding your tribe and building your community!

What’s the plan?

Get yourself ready with a cuppa!

You will be added to a private Leafy Business Club Facebook Group where you can talk to other members, ask for advice/help and build your community. You will have lifetime membership to this group.

A private 1-1 session for an hour with Sarah on zoom at an agreed time is part of this workbook. The course is non refundable or transferable. Please email sarah@leafycouture.co.uk to book your zoom place.
